Darby Routtenberg is a queer photographer, performer, and video artist based in New Haven, Connecticut. They are currently pursuing an MFA at Yale University in photography. Their work examines beauty standards and societal norms from the perspective of a fat queer individual, utilizing performances to deconstruct these spaces through a contemporary lens. Their art aims to craft utopian realms, employing humor as an accessible gateway for audiences.
